MKE Vegan Expo is designed to educate and inspire more people about the benefits of a vegan, plant-based lifestyle. We want to help create a world based on compassion, peace, and respect for all living beings. Join us and be a resource for people already living a vegan life and for those who are curious and looking for more information!
We are a non-profit organization and need your help to make the event fun, engaging, educational, and inspiring! Volunteers are needed for various roles and shifts during the entire day on Saturday, March 30.

There are 7 Volunteer Categories:
OUTREACH: greet attendees, hand out programs and raffle tickets, help with t-shirt and book sales, staff membership table, collect donations at entrance door, answer logistic and schedule questions from attendees.
LOGISTICS: staff food dining area, monitor recycling station, check on and assist exhibitors, answer logistic and schedule questions from attendees.
FOOD TASTINGS: many people who attend MKE Vegan Expo are beginners or just curious. You can make a real difference in their lives by providing free samples of new and delicious vegan foods to try.
FLOAT VOLUNTEER: help out wherever is needed most throughout your shift!
PHOTOGRAPHY: take photos/document the Expo, video record speakers and food demonstrations, collect video or photo testimonials from attendees and volunteers. Photography volunteers will need to use their own equipment and provide digital copies to MKE Vegan Expo.
SET-UP/TAKE DOWN: set up booths, signs, and supplies, organize t-shirts and book sales display, help vendors unload their vehicles; pack up booths, signs, and supplies, help vendors load their vehicles, clean-up.
VOLUNTEER LEADER: welcome and train other volunteers in your assigned role. Volunteer leaders will need to add 15 minutes both before and after their scheduled shift to account for the arrival and training of volunteers.
