is these Venue ada compliant?

UWM makes every effort to ensure campus events and activities are accessible for all. Please contact us ahead of time if you need any specific accommodations need to be made.


will there be free drinking water available?

There are drinking fountains located in the UWM Student Union.


Will vendors take debit / credit cards or should i bring cash? is there an atm nearby?

Most vendors take debit and credit cards and there are ATMs on site at the UWM Student Union!

 

is there a cost of admission to attend the expo?

Nope. MKE Vegan Expo is a free event and every one is welcome! Space is limited so make sure to register today - click here!

To help secure future Expos, donations are always welcome and always appreciated (suggested donation of $5 per person). Donate here!


where can I park?

There is street parking available and several parking garages near by that are only a short walk away. Find one below:

Student Union Garage (Hrs 1 & 2, $1 each 30 min; then $1 per hr | $5 max) Map it here!

Northwest Quadrant off of Hartford Ave. ($1 per hr | $7 max) Map it here!

Klotsche Center off of Downer Ave. ($1 per hr | $5 max) Map it here!

Pavilion Garage off of Downer Ave. ($1 per hr | $7 max) Map it here!

We encourage using public transportation, biking, car pool or ride sharing as these are better transportation options for the environment! 


Which food will be vegan?

Everything is vegan! Food, products, cooking demos, everything! We welcome all vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike to experience the vegan lifestyle.


CAN I bring my dog?

Service dogs are acceptable but please leave your personal pets at home!


Will there be activities for kids?

The expo is kid friendly but we do not have any specific kid activities planned.
